Mike Brown
Owner / CEO
Born and raised in Cheyenne, WY, Michael discovered his love for sales at a young age, beginning his career as a garbage operator during high school. He enjoyed meeting new people and providing value to their lives, so he transitioned into sales after graduation.
In 2012, Michael landed his first sales job as a jeweler, where he connected with customers from all walks of life and built relationships that lasted long after the sale was made. His natural ability to connect with people and provide value led him to advance into management within three years.
After working in sales, Michael decided to broaden his skillset and began working as a laborer for a local construction company. He learned base-level carpentry and exterior finish work while working throughout Wyoming, from Cheyenne to Jackson Hole. Michael's dedication and work ethic were noticed by his colleagues, and he quickly became a valuable asset to the company.
After a few years of learning basic carpentry Michael moved to Las Vegas to experience working the working in the food service industry under the bright lights. He realized that even though food was his passion, it was time to return home to Cheyenne and establish his roots. He now has a beautiful fiancé and a nearly two-year-old daughter who he loves spending time with when he's not running the business.
Upon his return, Michael decided to re-enter the construction industry, focusing mainly on roofing and exterior finishing. He worked for a couple of different roofing companies before his past customers and family encouraged him to go out on his own and open Regional Roofing.
Since founding the company in 2021, Michael has been providing top-quality roofing and restoration services to the community. His passion for meeting and helping people from all walks of life is evident in his commitment to providing exceptional service to his clients.
Michael's journey is a testament to the power of hard work, passion, and dedication. He is a true inspiration to anyone looking to follow their dreams and make a difference in their community.
Justin Ellis
Owner / COO
Justin Ellis is a dedicated family man and successful entrepreneur based in Cheyenne, Wyoming. Originally from Ft. Wort Tx, Justin spent his childhood in South Dakota before eventually settling in Wyoming. He is happily married with two beautiful daughters whom he cherishes dearly.
Justin is passionate about sports and can often be found cheering on his favorite teams in his free time. But when he's not enjoying a game, he is fully dedicated to his career in the roofing industry. He is proud to have started a roofing business with his two best friends, combining their skills and expertise to provide top-notch roofing services to the community.
With his unwavering commitment to his family, work, and community, Justin is an inspiring role model to those around him. His dedication, passion, and hard work have made him a respected and valued member of the Cheyenne business community.
Blaine Geile
Owner / CFO
Blaine was born and raised in Wheatland, Wyoming. After attending College in Cheyenne, Blaine entered the roofing and restoration industry as a laborer. During that time, Blaine developed skills and knowledge in all aspects of commercial and residential roofing.
Thereafter, Blaine pursued opportunities in the automotive industry for five years, wherein he honed his skills in customer relations. Blaine would later return to his true passion, the roofing and restoration industry. After gaining management experience, it was time to start a business alongside his partners.
He now strives to provide meaningful, comprehensive, and excellent service to the local community he calls home. Blaine takes pride in representing homeowners through all aspects of their projects, keeping his word, and building lifelong relationships with his customers.
